Terms & Conditions - Dashboard
The Dashboard is operated by CROWD FACTORY LTD, 71 to 75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, UNITED KINGDOM (Registered in UNITED KINGDOM, Number 16843422). These Terms apply to makers and designers using the Dashboard. (hello@crowdfactory.shop)
1) Accounts & eligibility
- You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- To receive payouts, you must be 18+ and connect a valid Stripe Connect account.
- We may verify identity and compliance as required by law or payment partners.
2) Listings & uploads
- You must own or have rights to the designs, photos, and descriptions you upload.
- No illegal, infringing, counterfeit, or unsafe items. Follow local laws where you operate.
- You are responsible for product quality, safety, and compliance information.
- Do not attempt to bypass file protections, duplicate protected assets, or reverse engineer private files; misuse may lead to suspension.
3) License to Crowdfactory
You grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote your public profile and listings across Crowdfactory's services and channels to operate the marketplace.
Designers also grant Crowd Factory the right to mandate vetted Makers to manufacture ordered products and to share necessary design files with those Makers solely for fulfillment.
4) Orders, payouts & fees
- Customer payments are processed via Stripe. The net amount (after taxes/Stripe fees) is split among Maker, Designer, and Platform.
- Payouts require a valid Stripe Connect account in good standing. Reserves/holds may apply for refunds/chargebacks.
- You authorize deductions for refunds, chargebacks, or fees related to your orders.
5) Delivery & returns
- Makers are responsible for packaging, shipping, and handling returns.
- The Platform intermediates customer service and refunds in accordance with consumer law and our Shop Terms.
6) IP claims & takedown
We may remove content alleged to infringe third-party rights and suspend related accounts. You agree to cooperate in resolving claims.
7) Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or payment partner requirements. You may close your account; residual legal/accounting obligations may require data retention.
8) Liability & indemnity
- You are responsible for your uploads, listings, and products.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Crowd Factory uses protective measures on design files; attempts to unlawfully access protected files may trigger blocks or removal.
- We do not verify the originality of uploads; you remain fully responsible for rights, and you agree to indemnify the Platform for losses arising from your unlawful or infringing use.
9) Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by British law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent British courts.
