1) Data we process

• Account: name, email, profile, avatar, location (optional).
• Content: product listings, photos, options, pricing, availability.
• Payouts: Stripe Connect account identifiers and related status (we don't store full financial details).
• Operational: logs, device/browser info, IP, cookies (see Cookies).

2) Purposes & lawful bases

• Operate your account, listings, and payouts (contract).
• Showcase your public profile/products across Crowdfactory (legitimate interests/contract).
• Security, fraud prevention, abuse handling (legitimate interests).
• Legal/accounting compliance (legal obligation).

3) Sharing

• With Stripe (Connect) to enable payouts.
• With service providers (hosting, storage, email, analytics when enabled).
• With Customers via your product pages (public profile and listings).

4) Retention

We retain account and listing data while your account is active and for legal/accounting periods thereafter. You may request deletion; we'll keep what's required by law or to resolve disputes.

5) Cookies

We use a consent banner. Cookies may include strictly necessary, analytics, and advertising (when enabled).

6) Your rights (GDPR)

Request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing at hello@crowdfactory.shop.

7) International transfers & security

Some processors operate outside the EEA with safeguards (e.g., SCCs). We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data.

8) Age

Payouts require you to be 18+. Public browsing of profiles/listings has no specific age requirement.
